Heyyyyyy,
Sometimes "just one of those days" quickly turns into too many days, months, or even years! It can feel overwhelming, but I truly believe you have what you need inside you to live well and have fulfilling relationships. As a therapist, I am here to help you understand and experience yourself and others better, so you can create authentic change in your life. And hopefully, we laugh a little...actually A LOT along the way. Let's walk together and discover all that's waiting for you on the other side of today.

When I'm not in the therapy room, you can catch me out eating (brunch is my favorite), laughing until I cry with people I love, or putting together a dope fit to wear.

Clinical Experience
My experience in the mental health field started with providing therapeutic support to individuals facing unplanned pregnancies. This experience solidified my belief that people truly can and will do the healing work they need to do if they have the safety and support they need. I have gained valuable experience working with a diverse clientele in both outpatient and nonprofit settings, addressing a range of mental health concerns. Additionally, my training in play therapy allows me to utilize creative approaches to help clients of all ages process emotions and find effective solutions.
